VENDORS - DAY BOOTH RENTALS
If you would like to rent a booth on a daily basis, you may do so. Each Market Day there are generally numerous booth spaces available for daily rent. These spaces become available when Annual Booth Holders have a conflict, or for another reason, do no occupy their booth by 7:00 a.m. on Market Day. We do not know in advance which spaces will be available. Daily booth spaces rent for $50 per day. All vendors must stay until 4:00 p.m. on market days.
Assignment of daily booth spaces will be handled in the following manner:
- On the Thursday immediately before Market Day you may register for a space by phone (512-847-2391) between 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. ONLY
- Online registration will begin at 1:00pm and continue until Friday at 10:00 p.m.
- This is the preferred method for best results.
- Click here for online registration for day rental.
Note: This link is only active after 1:00pm on the Thursday before Market Days and stays active until 10:00pm Friday before the market. If you had this page open before 1:00pm, you will need to close your browser and reopen it after 1:00pm for the link to be active.
In either case, you will be given a registration number to indicate your place in line. THIS IS NOT A BOOTH SPACE NUMBER. On Saturday morning, after 7:00am, you will be told which booths are available and allowed to choose a booth based on your place in line.
If you were not able to register early, arrive at Market Days early on Saturday and put your name on the list. Day Rental registration is conducted at the Main Pavilion. There are almost always enough booths to rent, but you may not get the best location choice.
