VENDORS - BOOTHS FOR SALE BY VENDORS
All booths at Wimberley Market Days are leased on an annual basis. The rent is due in October for the next year's season. For example, the rent for the 2012 year will be due October 2011. There are vendors on the field who have paid their rent for the current year, but for various reasons, would like to sell the improvements they have built on the booth space. They have listed their booths for sale at various prices, depending on their estimate of the value of the improvements. As a courtesy, we have compiled this list for those who may be interested. This is not a complete list; it only represents those vendors who have given us information about their booths. Most of the prices include the lease payment for 2012 but buyers should ask the seller about that specifically. In any case, rent for the next season will be due in October and each year thereafter. Booth 32 Description: Large, wire-enclosed booth with metal roof. Two wide doors open out for easy customer access. Shelves, register counter and crushed granite floor. Next to gate 6 concession stand. Booth 75 Price: $5000, includes the booth fees that have been paid for 2012 of $520 Contact: Susan Kemper, skemper1@austin.rr.com - 512-743-8619 This booth is inclosed with iron gates,and it is airy, and cool. This booth is easy to get to, for unloading and loading. You will not be crowded or trapped in place while others are trying to unload. You will not have to back out of the area to get out of the gates or go completely around the circle. It is close to the Katherine Ann Porter School, so you can park there, and walk to you booth to make things easier and have your truck closer. This large booth is enclosed with a large storage area. The booth is pretty long, with a large frontal area for display and a tin roof that does not leak. The front is made of iron gates, so that one, two,or three gates can be opened and locked. It has two large shop lights, and a heavy wall socket, in the center of the building to run fans, etc. It has a wood plank floor. It is tall and large enough to not be crowded, when more then three people come into the booth, so that you do not feel like you are in a cave. The booth has easy access for people,which makes it easy for buyers to get in and out quickly, like they like to do on market days. You do not feel like you have to step out of the building so that people can look at your merchandise because of this. The booth is near the main barbeque area, and you can hear the music. It is also near the bathrooms,and snack-snow-cone, coffee area. All the neighbors are regulars, and nice to be around. Please call with any questions. The booth is 20 ft x 14 ft, with a 10ft x 4 ft inclosed storage. 
Booth 83 For Sale: Booth #83. Complete shoppe, very quaint. As picture indicates the shoppe has windows that open for cross ventilation and can be locked for convenience. Booth also has a "front porch" area and great location, just down from the main entertainment area, barbeque area and main restrooms. Booth has a check out counter w/desk, storage and a built-in faux fireplace w/mantel. Shoppe has high traffic and a steady client base. Booth 161 Price: $3900 Booth 161 is a very nice porch style booth with a large 20' x 20' display area that is also secured storage space for your inventory with cattle gaurd panels and locks provided. It has wood deck flooring and a hard flexable roof that are in good condition. Booth 161 is located in a very high traffic area across from the flags, and is very close to gate 2 and bathrooms. Booths 211 & 212 We have both of these booths for sale. The nice thing for us has been having the two booths next to one other, so we could store everything in booth #212 which is enclosed. Booth #211 is open but does have a screened in and locked area in the back corner for storage. Each booth is $3,500. Yearly fee has been paid for both. The open booth (211) has overhead lights and tables which will stay. Booth 212 has lights and some tables that will stay. My husband and myself have put a lot of work into the booth. We have added wood flooring with ramps, replaced the shed door in back and also added a pully for the front door and a nice crank for the back door. In addition to several other cosmetic additions. I have reduced my booth from $3500 to $2500. The booth completely locks up as well as the shed completely locks up. It is right by a concession stand and has great traffic. Booth 312 Great location. Stable vending area. Lowest priced booth on the market. I've been at Wimberley for over nine years now and have done very well in this location. I am moving out of state, so need to sell. Covered 10 x 10 booth with room for expansion on back area. Can drive a car in and park during market days. Booth 323 Brief description: Booth #323 is approximately 20ft by 20ft, enclosed on 3 sides with wire panels, is completely covered, has an electrical outlet and is fully lighted. Several tables and table risers are also included with the sale of the booth. The booth is located on an outside loop on 'Lion Way' across from one of the vendor parking lot gates. We have paid the 2012 fees which cover the 1st Saturday of the month Market Days for March 2012-December 2012. There is a $25.00 transfer fee payable to the Wimberley Lions Club which buyer is required to pay at time of transfer. Booth 362 We have opened a new business and are willing to sell our booth at Wimberley. Good locations only come available once in a while, so don't let this one get away. I stress, Location, Location, Location. This is the first booth you see when you enter the market at gate 3. We get a lot of traffic. It is right at the gate so delivering sold merchandise is easy. The booth was built new from the ground up in 2008. It is in good condition. It measures 5 feet wide in the back and 14 feet wide in the front. It is about 22 feet deep. Booth 363 This is a great location at Wimberley. We are only selling because we have opened a new business. This booth is at gate 3, and its location makes it easy to see when you enter the market. It also makes it easy to deliver sold merchandise. I bought the booth in 2007 and improved it in 2008. It is in good condition, but the location is the main feature. It measures about 16 feet wide and 22 feet deep. The roof is 7 feet high in the back, and 9 feet high in the front. The rent is paid in full through December 2010.
