Question: What kinds of merchandise are sold at Wimberley Market Days? Answer: Wimberley Market Days has over 475 vendors who sell items such as antiques, collectibles, handcrafted items, new and used clothing and much, much more. For a complete list of products and the vendors who sell them, click here. Question: Can I pay by credit card? Answer: Many Market Days vendors accept credit cards. This is a decision made by each individual vendor; there is no blanket policy. The concession stands accept cash only. There is an onsite ATM for shoppers' convenience. Question: What if I saw something at Market Days and want to get in touch with the vendor at another time? Answer: Our Website provides a list of vendors, the products they sell and contact information. If a vendor has his own Website, we provide a link so that you can contact the vendor at any time. You may also send an email request to info@shopmarketdays.com and we will try to put you in contact with the correct vendor. Question: Can I bring my pet to Market Days if I carry it or keep it on a leash? Answer: No pets are allowed at Market Days with the exception of service dogs. Please leave your pet at home or in a safe, cool place before you come to Market Days. Both of you will have a better time. Question: Are there activities or facilities for children at Market Days? Answer: No. We do not have any special activities for children or childcare facilities. Question: What is there to eat at Market Days? Answer: The Lions operate 7 concession stands serving Bar-B-Que, hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream, breakfast items, soft drinks and candy. For complete menu of each concession, click here. Question: Where is Wimberley? Answer: Wimberley is located in Central Texas, between Austin and San Antonio. For directions and maps to Market Days, click here. Question: When are Market Days held? Answer: Market Days take place the first Saturday of each month, March - September and the first Saturday and Sunday of the month in October, November and December. There is no Market Days in January and February. Question: What if it is raining on Market Day? Answer: Market Days are held, rain or shine, cold or hot. However, on days when the weather is bad, there may be fewer vendors. Question: Do you have wheelchairs or Scooters available to rent? Answer: No, not at this time. Our pathways are all paved so that wheelchair use is possible. Some day we may be able to add this customer rental service. Question: How can I get heavy items to my car? Can I drive up to the booths? Answer: Cars are not allowed to drive on the pathways for obvious safety reasons. The Lions offer a hauling service that will pick up you and your merchandise and take you to your vehicle for a fee. For more information about this service, click here. |
